We'll go back and forth as many times as you need until you're happy to sign off on a final proof. Every proof is designed on the actual stone we'll use, so it shows exactly how your finished piece will look.

No. Our stones are duty-free and CUSMA compliant, so buyers in the United States don't pay any customs or duty fees on delivery.
Every stone is packed securely so it arrives safely. We wrap each stone in foam, then protect it with foam inserts and packing peanuts. Every shipment is insured, so if a package is ever lost in the mail, we'll replace your stone. We've shipped over 1,400 stones without a single lost package.
Because each piece is custom-made, we can't accept returns, which is why you approve a proof first. If anything arrives damaged, message us right away.
